PolicyFlow is a done-for-you appointment setting service for insurance agencies, operated by Ben Shanks as a sole proprietor. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address, and business details that you provide through our website, by email, or on a phone call with us.
• Appointment and scheduling information when you book a call.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
• To book, confirm, and remind you of appointments.
• To send SMS text message appointment reminders and follow-ups, only to people who consented, verbally on a call or in writing. Text messages come from PolicyFlow. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• To run advertising campaigns for client agencies.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate, such as Twilio for text messaging, Meta for advertising, and calendar scheduling providers, and only as much as each job requires. Prospect data generated by campaigns for client agencies belongs to those agencies.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, or your prospects' information, to anyone.
