PolicyFlow runs advertising and outreach campaigns to book qualified sales appointments for insurance agencies.
The beta program is billed monthly. Clients provide their own advertising spend with an agreed monthly floor. Either party may cancel with written notice. Any per-missed-call credit described in the client agreement applies exactly as written there.
Clients must provide accurate business information, hold all licenses required for their business, and comply with applicable telemarketing and advertising laws.
Marketing involves uncertainty. We do not guarantee specific revenue results or appointment volumes.
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
